Early Election Returns
The polls are still open in Ohio, home of the Rare Bird Review World Headquarters, but some of the employees come in from neighboring Indiana and Kentucky. Polls in those states are closed.
At this time Bird has garnered 12 write in votes in Indiana and 9 in Kentucky. Of course the key state for Bird is Florida, where he became a statewide hero after assisting in the hurricane recovery. While the northeast looks to be a blue Kerry area and the mountain states look to be a strong red Bush area there is every chance that Florida could go pink for Bird.
