Bird would like to thank the two people who wrote from near Reading, England to offer lodging during his stay in the area for the Halloween production of MacBird. Please check you e-mail for his arrangements. These kind folks admitted to being excited about his appearance since local media outlets have incorrectly identified the event as being Verdi's opera Macbeth, based on William Shakespeare's play. The box office reports a surge of calls and inquiries since the the correct information was posted here.
Bird is now back from St. Louis and had a wonderful time with the Gateway Arch lighting last night. Pictures will be posted soon of the event. Bird will be leaving tomorrow night for England and MacBird rehearsals.
