World Art Tour, Part Two 

Bird's World Art Tour, Part Two is coming this summer and here is a preview to carry you through until the formal kick-off.

Last summer's art tour was so successful that Bird has agreed to scour the family archives for a repeat performance this summer. Shown at the left is The Connoisseur by Norman Rockwell. This painting graced the cover of The Saturday Evening Post on January 13, 1962 and featured Bird's grandfather, Ross, as part of the painting.

The original is in a private collection and the current owner declines to be identified.

Andy Warhol, August Rodin, and Rembrandt Van Rihjn are among the artists getting "The Bird" this summer.

As with almost all of the W.A.T. photos they will enlarge by clicking on them.
