Coming Attractions!
The Rare Bird Review is pleased to announce an important first for the publication. Think Pink, A Little Flamingo Soul Music, is in the final stages of production at the world headquarters building. The compact disc could best be described as "Bird's life in song." It consists of songs and music that have special meaning to Bird, either music from his past, or music that gets those pink feathers all excited. From calypso to limbo, from contemplative to wild, from old to new this covers the entire range. From Zimbabwe to Peru to Florida and the Caribbean and down to other parts of Latin America a number of artists and friends have contributed their efforts to make this release possible.
Now that he is back from England Bird is hard at work completing the liner notes for this special production. The CD cover, shown above featuring a picture of Bird's mother, has an expected release date of April 18.
It will be available at all outlets featuring the Immaculate Confection Chocolates. It will not be available at Wal-Mart. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enjoy a litle Flamingo Soul! It's an outstanding tribute to the first anniversary of the RBR on the Web.
