Thank You

A follow-up from yesterday:
Dorothy Wayman is a happy corn on the cob eater today. Bird managed to snatch her upper plate away from an inquisitive manatee, and rescued her lower teeth just as a chihuahua was about to mark them as his territory. "Yo quiero dentura," or as Dorothy puts it, "No bostece cuando un huracán está cerca." Roughly translated this means "don't go yawnin' when storms be spawnin'".
Bird is off today to the Florida Keys to help direct traffic as residents evacuate in the face of Hurricane Ivan. He will also be assisting the Coast Guard as they watch for surfing, swimming and sailing Cubans who hope to reach U.S. territory by catching the leading edge of the storm in hopes that it blows them to U.S. soil.
