...And the Answer Is...
Yes, it is the Northern Cardinal that is in love with L'il P-Bird and not any member of the Roman Catholic Church - which is generally involved with other species.L'il P-Bird was sitting on top of a wooden fence in bright sunshine outside the World HEadquarters building. He was just basically relaxing and getting recharged for the day. A northern cardinal promptly sat down on the fence about two feet from L'il and began singing his heart out with mating sounds that only an unattached male cardinal can make. Hopefully he had some success with some of the loose female cardinals in the area.
L'il P-Bird was amused and is busy writing a song about the experience.
