Humbug!
CRANSTON -- Cranston's holiday display has made its long-awaited appearance on the front lawn of City Hall -- and no, there are no pink flamingos. Cranston's display made its first appearance of the season yesterday morning, and it is far tamer than the display that caught national attention last winter. It appears to hew closely to the parameters outlined by a federal court judge in a ruling issued last month: a multi-faith display, with secular elements.
Bird is, of course, terribly disappointed with the lack of flamingos in Rhode Island, but at least no one will have to worry about them freezing to death. You may read the complete article by clicking here
