Getting Ready 

Preparations are now underway here at the world headquarters for the annual Burns Day celebration and some of the staff is really kicking up their heels with excited anticipation. While some folks will be celebrating New Year's Eve most of the staff is working on the Burns Day dinner.

As usual the menu will contain haggis with a side of neaps and tatties. In the picture here the kitchen staff is busy sampling some recipes and variations, with a wee libation to wash it all down.

Of course it appears that Edna has done a wee bit too much "washing down," but in her defense the bottle was at her end of the table. Edna's a real trooper and we expect her back and busy in time for the next round of tasting.


We'll be keeping you posted on all the proceedings in the next few weeks.
