Haggis Hutch?

No, it's the exterior of the Scottish Parliament Building as Bird cruised around the exterior taking in the sights.

The strange shapes are the exterior views of the window seats described and pictured below. The window seats come in various depths and some come with obviously strange, protective coverings. These covering are almost certainly designed to keep the English out of the building or to deter aliens from entering.

The RBR was unable to determine if the depth of the window seats has anything to do with the MP's rank in the parliament.

A strange building for certain and come November 30 it should be a prime area for haggis hunting.

Comments:
That news will give some of us a head start on where to look.

The building does destroy the myth of Scottish thrift.
