Disco Bird 

Bird is playing a little music here in his interpretation of Dessee de la Musiq by the contemporary French artist Francoise Bombardier. No idea who Dessee is (and little idea who Francoise is) but with the two bird heads on the end of the lyre the music is either on the Wings of a Dove, The Chicken Dance or "Bird, Bird, Bird Bird's the Word."
