Apocalypse Now!
Both bird and the RBR are despondent over the theft of Edvard Munch's The Scream from the Munch Museum in Oslo today.
While considering it a highlight of his on-going World Art Tour Bird in no way considers himself a material witness in this crime but will cooperate with authorities if requested. Latest rumors in the art world suggest that the paintings may have been stolen for ransom.
The second of the two Munch paintings stolen during the heist is titled Madonna. Most of the world press is not publishing a likeness of this painting but the RBR is undaunted and presents here the uncensored Madonna by Edvard Munch.
We had no idea that Munch was into her music, but it certainly resembles the newer Madonna more than it does the classical Madonna. For decorum's sake, this painting will not enlarge by clicking on it.
