HOME!
Most of the crew is still struggling back from a week in San Francisco. Bird, of course, flew direct. The remainder of the staff is spread out across the country waiting on late or cancelled airlines reservations.There will be much more but the RBR did purchase a piece of work while at an art exhibit in Marin County. The mirror is entitled "Alice Looking Through the Glass" and was a steal at $5000, and certainly something that we don't have to worry about being stolen. The artist is Karen Glass (how appropriate). This lovely work is in metal a paper maiche' and approriately painted. The mirror of course is real, and there is certainly a small flat spot at the top of the paper maiche' part where a cocktail glass will fit nicely.
Once the jet lag wears off, the luggage arrives and the rest of the crew returns we'll have more from the exhibit and the trip.
